After a few years of being unsure, I decided that I actually love rompers. For the same reason I love dresses – one complete outfit in one step. I snapped this outfit this past Saturday, one of the last remaining warm days of the season.
While in Paris, I did a tiny bit of shopping. To be fair, I only bought 3 things, but they were three pretty amazing things. The first was this Celine bag which I've been pining for for a few months now and Paris was the perfect place to buy it (it's sooo much cheaper there). I knew I wanted a grey, but I thought I wanted this shade of grey until the shop girl brought out the one I have and said "this is your lucky day." I immediately fell in love with the color. It was classic yet modern, beautiful yet unusual. It didn't take much convincing: five minutes later – signed, sealed, delivered.
You may (or may not have) noticed that I'm sporting a new accessory these days. While I was in Europe, I got engaged! I'll tell the story of how it happened another day but thanks so much to the kind folks at David Yurman that helped my sometimes clueless boyfriend pick out the most perfect ring for me...
