Though I don't usually attend the arm/neck parties, I actually love accessories. I just have a hard time finding pieces that are unique, high quality, and affordable. Nothing more I hate than when my jewelry looks like cheap plastic but I also can't be spending a fortune on trendy costume pieces either, especially if I want to have have more than just one necklace in my collection. Although I've heard of BaubleBar since ...well when they launched, I never paid too much attention until recently. A few weeks ago, they invited me over to preview their new showroom / store , The Bar, and gave me a $30 gift card to use against my purchase, should I wish to make one. Being someone who can never turn down a shopping event (especially with a discount!), I started making my way around the room carefully inspecting the thousands of pieces of jewelry laid out around the perimeter. I fell in love this necklace the minute I saw it hanging on a mannequin: I loved the way it draped, the attention to detail with crystal baguettes interspersed throughout, and that it was girly yet a little edgy without being cheesy. Please don't let it to be $200, I thought to myself as I turned the necklace around to look at the price tag. Luckily for me, it was $46.
The necklace unfortunately is not available on their e-commerce, but be sure to check out The Bar to see if they have it in store.
